Link it to a media player so that when the cout down timer cmpletes it turns of some nusic or a video of your choice. (Just a light-hearted idea that could be toggled on or off). you could even link it to your images and turn on a slide

Add an audible warning that you can set a specific amount of time before your count-down timer reaches zero, for example gives you a 1 hour warning, or a 30 mins or 10 mins etc

Make it portable, because more and more people does not like to have the OS System cluttered with the increasing number of programs in the OS part of a PC. This wish has nothing to do with the possibility to install it multiple.

an added feature of being able to pre-program sets of pomodoros rather than only having pomodoro than a break, maybe even with the ability to save a template. For example, 1st Morning Set - four pomodoros with their breaks followed by a long break. 2

Here's an excellent one....

Add the ability to time an event, in other words, I'm going to go to Facebook (or some other site) because of some email, I start your timer and enter a comment "Facebook" (you could even have a series of default radio buttons, maybe even better...

Include a proper heelp file. This programs help link and User Guide just direct you to the developers site where there is no proper help file.

Be nice if it was portable. Also you seem to be relying heavily on a work system that many people don't know about. So it seems to me you either need to sell the work system first or make the app more mainstream. What I suggest is a quick blurb...
