Here's an excellent one....

Add the ability to time an event, in other words, I'm going to go to Facebook (or some other site) because of some email, I start your timer and enter a comment "Facebook" (you could even have a series of default radio buttons, maybe even better soft-coded from an INI or CFG file (mine might have Faceboook, MySpace, Outlook, Yahoo, Google, MSN, GOTD, CoastToCoastAM, etc.) - since you already allow multiple copies working with each other, the timer would be appropriate as radio buttons for each process. Might not even be web sites, might be Visual Basic, a particular project, whatever. Automatically detect when app is closing, finalize time in DB and display, "you just spent four hours on Facebook" (GAWD!). Be able to pull usage reports by date ranged based upon the CFG/INI file...

What made me think of this is that I just spent four hours updating a site and answering emails, none of which gives me any productivity or moves me closer to my goals. It wasn't a **waste** of time but I should have limited it to one or two hours....

That makes me think of maybe adding an alarm point that says, "Excuse me, you've been on Facebook for two hours now and you wanted a reminder... please close the timer or hit 'snooze'...."
